1. Acceptance. By downloading, installing, or using this application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. License. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or team coaching purposes, on devices you own or control, in accordance with this Agreement and the applicable app store's terms of service.
3. Your content. Boards, rosters, photos, and positions you create are stored locally on your device (and, where you explicitly choose to share or export, in the file you save or send). The App does not upload your content to any server. You are responsible for the content you create and for any photos you add.
4. Restrictions. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, sublicense, or resell the App, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.
5. Intellectual property. The App and its original design, code, and assets remain the property of the developer. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
6. No warranty. The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Coaching diagrams and animations are for planning/illustration only.
7. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
8. Third-party platforms. Distribution and in-app sharing may rely on services provided by Apple, Google, or your device's operating system, which have their own terms and privacy policies.
9. Changes. This Agreement may be updated from time to time; continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Termination. This license terminates automatically if you fail to comply with its terms, or if you uninstall the App.
